This is a Statutory service provided through Tusla Child & Family Agency. The team provides a link worker support service to foster carers to assist them in caring for and meeting the needs of the Children In Care placed in their care. The staff members provide specific training to foster carers and additional training and support opportunities on a group level to carers.

Its primary focus is educational welfare, with a focus on enabling and empowering families to support their children in education, to ensure improved outcomes with regard to attendance participation and retention.

The HSE Substance Misuse Team operates under the Social Inclusion Department of the HSE. In Wexford the Team consists of a Co-ordinator, two Addiction Counsellors and one Liaison Nurse. This team offers counselling and detox services. Team members can also access residential services in the Aisling Centre for those requiring this service.
