Cottage Autism Network, a.k.a, CAN is a parent-led voluntary support group and we hope that we are a source of information, advice and support to you and your family. Our members range from 1yr upwards.
Membership is open to families with a child or teenager awaiting or that already has a diagnosis of Autism. Membership gives you access to a private parent group on Facebook, monthly activities email with access parents activities and workshops, child and teenage activities, from summer camps, youth and kids clubs, swimming lessons to horse-riding and therapeutic horse-riding lessons.
Membership is €26 per year - Jan-Dec or €65 for 3 years.
We also aim to raise awareness for Autism acceptance and understanding by providing talks from a parents perspective and also a lived experience from our Teenage members who have grown through CAN and become Junior Volunteers.
We aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for our members and work with the wider community to make Wexford a more inclusive and understanding place for the neuro-diverse community to thrive and reach their full potential.
