Description The Family Project aims to support families and children in the home, school and community in the South Wexford area.
Target Age Groups Any family with a child less than 18 years of age.
Eligibility Criteria Family identified by Social Work Dept. as being in need of family support.
Referrals We receive referrals from the Co. Wexford Prevention, Partnership and Family Support (PPFS). Families can self-refer and we also take referrals from professionals.
